The data is Annex 1 of the Enforcement Rule of the Apartment Housing Management Act of Korea (standards for drawing up a long-term repair plan). Work type names are kept in the original Korean.

Frequently asked questions
What changed in the 2026 revision?
The 2026.7.30. revision adds a seventh group, evacuation facilities (fire doors and automatic rooftop emergency door openers), plus mechanical parking and EV charger items. Roof waterproofing became one item with a 15-year cycle, and exterior and interior painting became 8-year items.
What is the repair rate?
It is the share of the whole quantity repaired each time. For example, partial repair of metal roof tiles is every 5 years at 10%, and full replacement is every 20 years at 100%.
Does this apply outside Korea?
No. The cycles are the Korean legal standard for apartment complexes. Each complex may adjust cycles and rates to its own situation when it draws up its plan.
