Phone Number Formatter (E.164)

Pick a country and paste one number per line. Each number is converted to international E.164 digits with the country code.

Runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent or stored.

How to use

  1. Choose E.164 or Korean display format.
  2. Select the country of the numbers.
  3. Paste phone numbers, one per line.
  4. Copy or download the converted list.

Spaces, hyphens, brackets and dots are removed. A number starting with + is treated as already international and only its digits are kept. A number that already starts with the country code is left as is. For KR, JP, CN, VN, TH, PH, MY, ID, GB, DE, FR, IT, ES and AU a leading 0 is dropped before the country code is added. For US and CA, an 11-digit number starting with 1 is kept; otherwise 1 is added. For the other countries the country code is added in front of the digits as they are.

What does the Korean display format do?

It turns numbers such as 821012345678 or +82 10-1234-5678 into 010-1234-5678, and 10-digit landlines into 02-1234-5678 or 031-123-4567. Other numbers are left unchanged.
